CLC Coordinator

Job Description

Job Purpose:
The agent of Centralized Load Control will be “well familiar-user” of load control function, and is capable of accurately completing all load control activities manually and computerized, and will be familiar with the different DCS used by ASE customer A/Ls
The CLC agent will handle the flights disruptions may occur and ensuring that all live and deadload are accommodated without any fail.
The CLC agent shall be able to plan the distribution of the loading in accordance with ASE customer airlines requirements.
Reporting all the irregularities occurred during the shift to the CLC Supervisor and Duty Manager.
Job Tasks:
Access the customer A/L manuals as a reference for the customer airline requirements.
Have access on all SDUs flights to perform weight and balance function to all operating SDUs.
Report any breaches to safety and security standards to the Supervisor and CLC duty Manager
Calculate aircraft weight & balance and prepare loading instruction.
Distribute loads of cargo aircraft according to safety regulations, gravity parameters, special requirement
Communicate with A/P passenger handling duty supervisor to coordinate the passenger seating
Communicate the load plan with the A/C handling supervisor and give briefing with the special load requirements if applicable.
Review load distribution of cargo and baggage on aircraft and do the necessary changes to reach the optimum MAC and pass the changes to the aircraft handling supervisor and ensure that the changes on the load plan have been implemented

Ensure that any special load/ dangerous goods accepted either as baggage or cargo are taken into consideration in the load planning and a NOTOC is issued for the DG/SPL
Crosscheck the final loading with ASE aircraft handling supervisor against the load planning before finalizing the load sheet.
Finalize the load sheet and send to the relevant printer/ email as applicable.
Follow up the OPS messages for his assigned flights to be able to calculate the flight delays that may occur.
Send the AD MVT and post departure the flight.
Ensure that a soft copy of the W&B documents is e-filed and retained as per ASE and customer A/Ls requirements
CLC agent shall complete the flight monitoring sheet for all his assigned flights and ensure the accuracy of the data added to sheet.
CLC agent shall ensure reaching to the optimum trim to save fuel.
CLC agent is responsible to manage safety, security and environmental issues within the daily operational duties
Ensure complying with ASE reporting procedures.
Ensure complying with local and international regulations.
